QIDI Tech X-Plus 3 3D printer, a Fast and reliable FDM 3D printer for high-performance material, offers a super high printing speed of 600mm/s. With 20000mm/s² of printing acceleration and 35mm³/s extruder flow, the Klipper-based machine is undoubtedly the leading desktop high-speed FDM 3D printer sporting a CoreXY structure,
QIDI TECH X-Plus 3 features an all-metal chamber that is ultra-stable, reinforced with metal crossbeams at the bottom, and resistant to deformation.
For a higher printing speed and improved printing results, QIDI X-Smart 3 adopts Cortex-A53 64-bit processor, which has a 1.5Ghz frequency, 8G-EMMC, and 1G DDR3.
With TMC2209 silent drive and CoreXY structure, this 3D printer can reduce motion Inertia and improve the motion speed, offering a low-noise printing experience.
Improved surface straightness, and a 60% lower error deflection. Highly durable and has no need for frequent maintenance.
The extruder with a 9.5:1 transmission ratio is steadier, stronger, and faster. The new cooling system can reduce the risk of clogs and ensure smooth extrusion.
Klipper adaptive meshing and purging, fast ensure flawless first layer for every 3D print.
The double-sided flexible magnetic HF plate has excellent adhesion, no warping trouble, and is easy to remove the prints.
Copper alloy nozzle for better thermal conductivity, smooth printing and to be more durable. Hardened steel nozzle for abrasive materials, and long-term usage. While both have a max print temp of 350 Celsius.
With an independent heating device that has a maximum temp of 65 Celsius, QIDI X-Plus 3 3D printer can high-efficiency print PET-CF, PAHT-CF, etc. It also has a chamber circulation fan with an activated carbon air filter.
The higher the temperature in the heated chamber, the larger the material range that can be printed. The heated chamber ensures that the part is built uniformly without the generation of internal stresses.
The highly acclaimed QIDI slicer software has both normal mode and expert mode, which is also easy for beginners to get started. It also supports other third-party software, such as Ultimaker Cura, Simplify3D, PrusaSlicer, etc.
The successor to the X-PLUS 3D printer, the QIDI Tech X-PLUS 3 is similar to the more advanced X-MAX 3 but with a slightly smaller build volume and the lack of a carbon air filter. The printer comes fully assembled and is quick and easy to set up and use.
The QIDI X-PLUS 3 sports a CoreXY structure to avail extremely fast printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s and acceleration of 20000 mm/s². The Klipper firmware makes it possible to enable resonance compensation so as to reduce vibrations at high speeds. Another way to achieve faster and smoother movements comes from the application of carbon rods on the X-axis and a lightweight extruder, which allows reducing the weight of the printhead with the X-axis to only 600 g. The auto bed leveling function uses a capacitive sensor to probe the print bed in 16 points to ensure the build plate flatness and good print adhesion.
The enclosed build chamber of the X-PLUS 3 sports an independent heater and can reach 65 °C, which reduces warping and delamination with high-temperature filaments. The transparent lid of the printer can be removed for faster part cooling when printing with low-temperature filaments, such as PLA.
The QIDI Tech X-PLUS 3 equips a direct drive extruder with a 9.5:1 gear ratio and a maximum flow rate of 35 mm³/s. With a max temperature of 350 °C, the printer provides a fast heat-up time and consistent extrusion. Apart from the default copper alloy nozzle for processing common filaments, the QIDI Tech X-PLUS 3 is supplied with a hardened steel nozzle for printing with abrasive materials.
A standard 0.4 mm nozzle can be replaced with optional 0.2, 0.6, or 0.8 mm nozzles. With a minimum layer height of 50 microns, the X-PLUS 3 produces accurate models with a smooth surface finish. The print bed heats up to 120 °C and features a magnetic flexible build plate that ensures good adhesion and easy print removal.
Thanks to its high-temp extruder and heated build chamber, the X-PLUS 3 is compatible with a wide range of consumer and engineering-grade thermoplastics, including Nylon, PC, fiber-reinforced composites, and others. The printer is compatible with both proprietary and third-party filaments.
The QIDI X-PLUS 3 is controlled via a 5" color touchscreen with an intuitive user interface. The machine supports Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB connectivity.
Based on the popular Cura slicer, the QIDI Print software has normal and expert modes to provide maximum flexibility both for beginners and experienced users. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The printer is also compatible with Cura, Simplify3D, or PrusaSlicer.
