Q1: Why it doesn't work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.
You can also search "USB-C cable 4k video" on Amazon to find the correct USB-C cable.
Q2: What if my laptop doesn't have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )
A2: Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.
Q3: What should I do if my monitor flickers?
A3: Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.
Q4: Is this monitor a touchscreen?
A4: No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.
Q5: Does my iPhone work with the monitor by the Apple charging cable?
A5: No, it doesn't work. If you want to connect the monitor with your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.
Q6: My Android phone/tablet has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?
A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
