Q: Is this FSA or HSA eligible?
A: Yes, VOCIC mobility scooter is FSA or HSA eligible.
Q: I installed everything, and inserted the key, why the scooter just doesn’t turn on?
A: Firstly please check the battery. Make sure the cap is parallel to the battery handle. Tighten the screw. Secondly, please check the switch lever on the right back of the scooter. Make sure the switch is turned to “D” for drive mode. “N” for manual mode.
Q: Is there a brake for the mobility scooter?
A: There is electromagnetic brake for the mobility scooter. When you loose the control lever, it will automatically stop.
Q: Do I have to charge the battery before use?
A: We recommend you charge it for 6-8 hours before first use. If you don’t use it frequently, please charge the battery once a month.
Q: Is the battery removable or not?
A: The battery is removable. You can unscrew the star knob and take the battery out to charge it separately.
Q: If the scooter always beeps when I just insert the key, what should I do?
A: Please first pull out the key, pull the lever to the N position (Neutral), then push it to the D position (Drive), and reinsert the key to see if the beeping stops. If it still beeps, please DM us.
Q: Is the seat height adjustable?
A: Yes, there are 3 options for you to choose. You can adjust the height according to your need.
